Shari Sagan McGuirk

My mission is to inspire and nurture the goal of home ownership – one person, one home, and one neighborhood at a time. 

 Real estate is about people and client relationships are the foundation of my business. I take great pride in helping my clients meet their real estate goals, whether they want to buy, sell or find a great investment opportunity.  I strive to be a trusted resource where I can artfully apply my extensive market knowledge to their search across all price points and more importantly share the places that bring me joy; the local businesses, rocky coastlines and historic landmarks waiting to be discovered.   

I am an active volunteer and currently sit on the Foundation board of Trustees for North Shore Community College, the board of Trustees for St. Mary’s, a private school in Lynn and am a member of the Women’s Business League.

When I’m not working with buyers and sellers, you can find me teaching cardio kickboxing at two local gyms.  I am a fitness enthusiast and love to work out, run and spin.  I am passionate about helping the people in my classes find their strength and own their power - all while having a great time!

It is not about what you do for someone, it is about how you make them feel.  I remind myself of that every single day and strive to deliver a WOW experience in everything that I do.
